As part of a multi-year capital renewal plan, Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority will be replacing sections of the Orchid Colony Boardwalk in Purdon Conservation Area. This work is scheduled to start Thursday September 23rd, 2021 and extend through the majority of October 2021. Please note that to complete the aforementioned work, sections of the boardwalk, as well as the lookout staircase, will be closed to the public. As the work progresses sections of the trail will be reopened. Signs will be posted at the site identifying when the trail is closed. We ask that for your safety that you please respect this signage.
