A film crew will be using the Mill of Kintail Conservation Area on June 15. The site remains open for public usage but please note that there may be some brief delays.
Situated on 154 hectares amidst field, forest and the Indian River, explore year-round the six kilometres of trails on this heritage property. The Mill of Kintail boasts a large number of picnicking areas and a large covered shelter adjacent to a playground and half basketball court. Visit the R. Tait McKenzie and Dr. James Naismith Museum in the summer months to learn about the area’s two national historic figures.
The site fee is $6/vehicle. Annual passes which can be used at all of MVCA’s conservation areas are also available for $47 + HST and can be purchased online. Passes can be purchased at our pay machine as you enter the conservation area. Our pay machine takes coins and credit only.
