Lake Levels on Kashwakamak Lake and Farm Lake will be temporarily lowered for a Structural Assessment Inspection on Farm Lake Dam.

Farm Lake Dam

Posted on 30 August 2024 in News

August 30, 2024 - The Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority (MVCA) will be lowering levels in both Kashwakamak and Farm Lake over the next week in preparation for a Structural Assessment Inspection on the Farm Lake Dam scheduled to take place on September 5th. In order to have full access to the weir, water levels will be dropped temporarily. Levels will be re-established as soon as the work is completed.

This assessment will outline the repair work needed on the dam and develop the schedule and costs estimates for the project.

Thank you for your patience and support as we complete this important project!
