Earlier this month MVCA lowered Kashwakamak Lake to allow for dam inspections.  Water levels have been slow to recover due to a lack of rainfall, with downstream impacts on Farm Lake.

MVCA is mitigating impacts at Farm Lake, however some seepage remains due to the age of the dam.  MVCA will be operating the system to capture forecasted rainfall with the goal of increasing levels as soon as Mother Nature allows.
