In the spirit of Dr. McKenzie’s philosophy of sound mind, sound body and the “Joy of Effort”, MVCA is partnering with the Lanark County Interschool Athletic Association (LCIAA) by hosting a cross country race on the grounds and trails of the Mill of Kintail Conservation Area on Friday October 15^th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. This event will involve approximately 80 competitors from across Lanark County.

The site will remain open to the public however if you are planning to visit the site, please plan accordingly as there will be increased visitor traffic at the Mill of Kintail that day.
